Instructions for oral presentations

Oral presentations of papers are usually 15 to 20 minutes long, including questions and discussion.

Presentations should be submitted eight working days before the event. We recommend you bring your presentation file on a USB key as well as on your laptop. A technician or volunteer will be available to assist you at the beginning of each session.
