The conference is held downtown at the HEC Montréal Hélène-Desmarais building.

View our Participant Guide (available soon) to browse through a list of available accommodation (hotels, student dormitories, etc.) The summer period is extremely busy in Montreal, we recommend you book your accommodation well ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Visa Support

Upon request, a formal letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Canada can be issued by IICADD. Please contact us via info@icaccr2025.org. We highly recommend applying for a visa as soon as possible, if possible 3 months prior to the event.
